Thank you for showing interest in the upcoming JV Hockey Season.

 

Please fill out a Google interest form HERE for the 24'-25' season. 

 

The goal this season is to play 16 games and have roughly 14 practices. Several reminders for this season, this league is under the AAU Hockey League and all players and coaches are required to get insurance for the season and allows 8th - 10th graders (I believe this year players insurance is $22.00) Secondly, Churchville does not provide any funding for this team so everything is self-funded. I will send out an email later this week about how to sign up for the AAU insurance and what the cost to play for the season will be, but can confirm will not be over $500 and any money left over will be given back. Please make sure your son or daughter comes to tryouts will a neck guard or they will not be able to tryout. Any questions I can be reached at (585) 709 - 8349.
